Personally, I ALWAYS lean towards Sephora! Although Ulta typically has better prices and a larger selection, they also sell OLDER and DAMAGED products, unlike Sephora which sticks to the best of the best with no unnecessary damage. At Ulta you can find more body care from brands such as Truly, but honestly it is a SCAM! You are so much better served buying body care products at Sephora where they do not sell scams!
